Factory Fitment & Controls
- Tidy factory-look fascia
- SWC retained
- Camera kept where fitted

Factory-look upgrade for the 1996–2002 Audi A3. Single/Double DIN drop in that allows access to stock controls while giving it a modern upgrade. Steering-wheel controls stay active and the factory camera is retained where fitted. It wakes quickly, feels smooth, and stays stable through long summer drives across Australia.

AU warranty
Built for Australian conditions: heat-tested hardware, local support, and a 12-month AU warranty.
Early A3 models used single-DIN; later cars (or those converted) accept double-DIN. This kit brings a factory-look stereo to that space with tidy edges and no awkward gaps. In traffic or on a hot highway run, the display stays readable and the system stays snappy so you can just drive.
You sit in the A3 and it feels like it always should: clean fascia, bright display, no odd gaps. Turn the key; it wakes quickly. A tap and Google Maps is up; a swipe and Spotify’s playing. Wireless CarPlay/Android Auto keeps the routine friction-free, so your phone stays in your pocket. Voice control handles calls and messages, while glanceable prompts keep eyes on the road. Steering-wheel buttons just work. Audio gets a proper tune: graphic/parametric EQ, per-channel time alignment and Hi-Res support lift clarity on stock speakers, and it plays nice with BOSE if fitted. Planning a long run out of reception? Download areas before you go and keep navigation steady. The whole system is built with AU summers in mind, so heat soak and cabin temps don’t faze it.

The current standard is still 28 nm—slower and hotter, with only the highest end units running 12 nm.
Our units start at 12 nm for smooth, lag-free performance (Core & Plus), stepping up to 6 nm in Pro/Max/Flagship for lightning-fast response.
No dim, plasticky panels.
Our Plus / Pro / Max / Flagship use QLED QHD for razor-sharp maps, media, and text.
Our Core tier unit uses a bright, vivid HD IPS display—clear, clean, and easy on the eyes.
More screen, minimal bezels, tidy fascia—designed to look like it belongs in your dash.
Controls stay accessible and integration stays clean.

Keep our optimised setup or download and swap to a different launcher if you prefer.
